This Privacy Policy explains what information RV Hand Pull collects when you visit this site or place an order, how we use it, and who we share it with. We are a small family run business selling a single product. We are not in the data business and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Information You Give Us

When you place an order

Checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Through that process we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and the details of what you ordered.

We never see or store your full card number. Card and wallet details go directly to Stripe and are never held on our servers.

When you contact us

If you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, your message, and any photos you choose to send, for example a photo of your RV door so we can confirm the product will fit.

Information Collected Automatically

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and use this site. It collects standard analytics data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site or search that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies.

We look at this in aggregate to see which pages are useful and which are not. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business:

• Shippo and the shipping carrier receive your name and address to create a label and deliver your order.
• Google Analytics receives website usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Formspree delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and Your Choices

This site uses cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you browsing or ordering.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records as long as needed to support the order and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Contact messages are kept while they are useful for supporting you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

Your Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or have it deleted. Email support@rvhandpull.com and we will respond promptly.

If you live in California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to confirm that with us directly.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment details and we keep what we do hold to the minimum needed to fill your order.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
