These Terms of Service govern your use of rvhandpull.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Who You Are Buying From

This site is operated by RV Hand Pull, located at 803 W Socrum Loop Rd, Lakeland, FL 33809. Contact: support@rvhandpull.com.

The Product

The RV Hand Pull is a replacement finger pull for RV entry doors. It installs over most standard RV door finger pulls without tools and can be removed without damage.

We describe the product as accurately as we can, including its fit. Because RV door hardware varies between manufacturers and model years, we cannot guarantee it fits every door. If you are unsure, send a photo of the inside of your door to support@rvhandpull.com before you buy and we will tell you honestly. If it turns out not to fit, our 14 day return policy covers you.

Pricing and Payment

The RV Hand Pull is $20.00 USD plus a flat $3.50 shipping charge within the United States. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, an error in pricing or description, or a suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The full terms, including how to start a return, are in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Correct Use

The RV Hand Pull is an aid for pulling an RV door closed. It is not a grab handle, a step assist, a structural support, or a weight bearing safety device. Do not use it to support body weight. Install it as described in the installation steps on our product page.

Warranty and Disclaimer

We stand behind our product, and our 14 day guarantee is the practical expression of that. Beyond that guarantee, and any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the product and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, and the RV Hand Pull name and design, belongs to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.

Third Party Services and Links

We rely on third party services including Stripe, Shippo, Google Analytics, and shipping carriers, each with their own terms. We may link to other sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
